RETURNS
We’ve made returns as easy as possible. La Cobalt accepts returns from customers worldwide. You are entitled to return any item within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was delivered.
To request a return, simply email our team at hi@lacobalt.com and let us know your choice. You can choose between an exchange or store credit when returning eligible items. We will send you clear return instructions to make the process smooth and simple. Please note that returns sent to the address listed below without prior approval may be refused.

Returns shipping costs are not covered by La Cobalt. We recommend using your local post office for reliable service and a tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for any parcels lost during return shipping, so be sure to keep your proof of postage and tracking details.
Your return must be sent back to us within 30 days of the delivery date. La Cobalt operates globally, with warehouses located in Dubai(UAE) and Busan(South Korea). Depending on your location, we will direct you to the nearest warehouse to ensure a faster and more cost-efficient return process. While we may not always be able to provide a prepaid return label, we will always include a return slip with clear instructions to guide you through the process.
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the item(s), minus the original shipping cost paid by La Cobalt. Store credits are processed within 3 to 5 working days and can be used for any future purchase on our website. Please note that store credits are valid for 120 days from the date of issue.
EXCHANGES
We’re now offering instant exchanges, which means you can exchange your size and get your goodies right away.
At La Cobalt, we accept exchanges on any item that is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact. Requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
Once you provide a valid tracking link for your return, we’ll issue store credit (including for sale or discounted items), allowing you to place a new order in your preferred size or for a different product.
You may exchange an item up to two times, provided it meets our return conditions. If the same item is returned a third time, your case may be reviewed for personalized support.
If the new item you choose costs less than the original, the remaining balance will stay as store credit, valid for 120 days. If it costs more, you can pay the difference when placing your new order. Please note that store credit applied toward your new purchase will have a small deduction to cover shipping for the replacement item.
Return shipping costs are not covered by La Cobalt. We recommend using a local courier or postal service for an affordable and reliable return. To request an exchange, please email us at hi@lacobalt.com and our team will guide you through the process.
CHANGES TO THE RETURN POLICY
