1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer shipping to the UAE and GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain), as well as selected regions in Asia (including South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan).
Additional countries and regions will be added gradually.
2. Delivery Time

International Shipping (South Korea → Middle East): 5–10 business days after order confirmation.

Local Stock Items (Within UAE): 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery schedules may vary depending on customs clearance procedures and local conditions.
3. Shipping Fees

Free shipping for orders over USD 100 (or AED 350).

For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination.
4. Customs & Duties

Import duties and VAT may apply depending on the destination country’s customs regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

For deliveries within the UAE, customs clearance fees are generally included.

In some countries, a personal customs clearance number or identification information may be required.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment in real time using the provided tracking number.
6. Partial Delivery
If items are shipped from different warehouses, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments.
7. Incorrect Address & Returns
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
